 David Kisor is an accomplished singer, songwriter, composer, performer and teacher. He is presently the Music Director for Children, Inc. and Creative Director for Growing Sound in Covington, Kentucky. Thomas J. Lottman is the Deputy Executive Director of Children, Inc. Tom is also the Director of the Devereux Regional Early Childhood Center and Consultant and nationally certified Trainer for the Devereux Foundation, the largest provider of behavioral health services to children in the nation.
