 Timothy (Tim) J. Shrom has served the past 30 years as the Chief Business Official at the Solanco School District in Quarryville, Pennsylvania. He has served as President of the Pennsylvania Association of School Business Officials (PASBO). Dr. William T. Hartman is a Professor in the Educational Leadership Program in the College of Education at Pennsylvania State University.
