A lecturer in the MBA in Procurement Management Program at Nyenrode Business Universiteit, he has written numerous books, including co-authoring with Sicco Santema the first non-English book on Best Value Procurement, "Prestatieinkoop". Jeroen is also co-editor of the Special Dutch Issue of the Journal for the Advancement of Performance Information and Value.
