 Dr. Nancy Valentine has been a National Program Leader at the 4-H National Headquarters, U.S. Department of Agriculture for 21 years. Prior to that she served as a county 4-H youth development educator and taught choral music at a secondary school in West Virginia. She holds an A.B. degree in music education, K-12, and a permanent teaching certificate in the state of West Virginia.
