Yasmina Vinci is the newly appointed executive director of the National Head Start Association that represents more than one million children, 200,000 staff and 2,600 Head Start programs in the United States. She was a center director, policy maker in state government, funder and received her masters at Harvard with a focus on leading large scale change.
