 Anna Bowen received a Master's degree in public health from Johns Hopkins University and a medical degree from the University of Wisconsin. After practicing community pediatrics she has worked as a medical epidemiologist in CDC's Enteric Diseases Epidemiology Branch and the Waterborne Diseases Prevention Branch. Judith Anne Rice is an Early Childhood Family Education teacher in her twenty-sixth year with Saint Paul Public Schools. She has written six books aimed at young children and their parents, care providers, and teachers.
