When to Let Your Child Be a Child Rae Pica and Dr. Bill Crain

Bill Crain is a professor of psychology at The City College of New York. He is the author of the book, Reclaiming Childhood: Letting Children Be Children in Our Achievement-Oriented Society and is the editor of the journal, Encounter: Education for Meaning and Social Justice. A social activist, Dr. Crain served nine years on the Teaneck, New Jersey, school board.
