Eleanor Garrow-Majka, Vice President of Education and Outreach at Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network (FAAN). Eleanor has a B.A. in healthcare administration from Lewis University in Romeoville, IL. She has a son with food allergies, eosinophilic esophagitis, and asthma. Sally Schoessler RN, BSN, MSEd NASN Dir.
