 Jonathan B. Kotch, MD, MPH, FAAP, is Carol Remmer Angle Distinguished Professor of Children's Environmental Health in the Department of Maternal and Child Health of the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. He has been recognized as a national leader in Maternal and Child Health (MCH) by the American Public Health Association. Barbara Hamilton is the Assistant Director of the National Resource Center for Health and Safety in Child Care and Early Education (NRC), housed at the University of Colorado Denver College of Nursing.
